The Barbanell Centre is a dedicated conference and meeting venue in the heart of Staffordshire. Served by enviable transport links, the venue is located on the A34 (Stone Road) in Stafford, with the M6 just minutes away.
Previously known as the Arthur Findlay Centre, the site has been a home-from-home for a number of local charitable and community groups and businesses for many years.
The Barbanell Centre started life as a training facility with links to the historic Stansted Hall in Essex, which is still the home to the original Arthur Findlay Centre today.
As well as playing host to larger events and conferences we are pleased to serve as a community hub for local groups, which use The Barbanell Centre as a regular meeting place for drop-in services and advice hearings. We welcome many professionals who deliver holistic therapy sessions, craft and activities groups for all ages, and vibrant ongoing business networking community.
Clients include the NHS, local authorities, childcare organisations and charities – including Headway, which regularly uses the premises for day care and a drop-in service.
The Barbanell Centre frequently hosts training courses, health and safety briefings and business-to-business seminars for local businesses and national organisations.
